How do giveaway entries work?
During the KCG#1 Launch Special, qualifying purchases receive 5,000X entries.
Entries are calculated based on the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts and before taxes and excluded charges.
Every $1 CAD of eligible product value = 1 base entry. If the eligible amount contains cents, it is rounded up to the next whole Canadian dollar before the 5,000X multiplier is applied.
For example:
A qualifying purchase of $40.00 = 40 × 5,000 = 200,000 entries.
A qualifying purchase of $32.50 is rounded up to $33 = 33 × 5,000 = 165,000 entries.
A qualifying purchase of $144.99 is rounded up to $145 = 145 × 5,000 = 725,000 entries.
Discounts therefore do affect the number of entries, because entries are based on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts.
Do digital products include giveaway entries?
Yes.
Qualifying downloadable digital products receive the same 5,000X entry calculation as qualifying physical products.
In addition, each qualifying digital product purchased during the KCG#1 Launch Special receives:
1,000 additional bonus entries.
For example, a qualifying $5 digital product receives:
5 × 5,000 = 25,000 entries
plus:
1,000 digital-product bonus entries
for a total of:
26,000 entries.
Our digital images are downloadable products intended for uses such as wallpapers, personal printing, or collecting. We do not offer photography services through these digital-product listings.
Do I have to buy something to enter?
No. No purchase is necessary. You can also enter for free by mail by following the instructions in our Official Rules.

Who can enter?
The giveaway is open to eligible Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. Quebec residents are excluded. Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are included.
Does buying something guarantee that I’ll win?
No.
Every valid individual entry included in the final eligible entry pool has the same opportunity to be randomly selected. Having more entries means you have more individual entries included in the draw, but no number of entries guarantees a win.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Can Kuuul Cow offer bonus entries?
Yes! From time to time, we may run special promotions, bonus entries, or entry multipliers. The details will always be shown with the promotion.
What can I win?
The confirmed winner chooses one prize:
PS5 Pro + 65" LG OLED TV (or similar)
OR
$5,000 CAD
The winner receives one option, not both.
How is the winner picked?
After the Mail-In receipt deadline and final entry reconciliation, the complete eligible entry pool will be finalized. An independent third-party draw administrator or service provider will randomly select one potential Grand Prize winner.
The selected person must then satisfy the eligibility and identity-verification requirements, correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question, and complete the required Declaration of Eligibility and Release before being officially confirmed as the winner.
How will I know if I won?
We’ll contact the potential winner using the contact information connected to their entry.
The potential winner will normally have 72 hours to respond, so make sure your contact information is correct.
Do I have to pay to receive my prize?
Never.
Kuuul Cow will never ask a winner to pay a fee, send money, buy gift cards, send cryptocurrency, or make a payment to receive a prize.
If someone claiming to be Kuuul Cow asks you for money, do not send it. Contact us directly at info@kuuulcow.com.
Will you ask for my banking information to claim a prize?
Kuuul Cow may request reasonable information needed to verify a potential winner's identity, eligibility, residency, and prize selection.
Government-issued identification may also be requested as part of winner verification.
If the winner chooses the $5,000 CAD cash option, the prize will be issued as a bank draft payable to the confirmed winner and delivered in person by Kuuul Cow LTD or an authorized representative at a mutually agreed location in Canada.
You will never be required to send money to Kuuul Cow to claim your prize. If anything feels suspicious, contact: info@kuuulcow.com before providing information or taking action.
Will the winner be announced publicly?
We may announce limited information such as the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/province. Sensitive information like your home address, private email, banking information, or government ID will not be publicly posted.
Are purchases refundable?
Our products are generally final sale. We do not normally accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or similar reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include photos or other requested information showing the problem.
Approved claims will normally be handled with an exchange or replacement.
If my product is replaced, do I get more giveaway entries?
No. You keep the entries from your original qualifying purchase, but the replacement item does not generate another set of entries.
What happens to my personal information?
We use the information needed to process orders, administer the giveaway, record entries, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes.
Signing up for marketing is separate. You do not have to agree to marketing emails to participate, and unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel valid giveaway entries.
