KCG#1 LAUNCH SPECIAL PROMOTION: ALL QUALIFYING PURCHASES MADE DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD RECEIVE 5,000X ENTRIES. QUALIFYING DIGITAL PRODUCTS ALSO RECEIVE 1,000 ADDITIONAL BONUS ENTRIES PER QUALIFYING DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASED.

A No Purchase Necessary / Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry is available. A valid standard Mail-In AMOE request receives 30 base entries. Mail-In entrants who wish to receive the corresponding 5,000X promotional allocation must specifically request it in accordance with Section 8.7 of these Official Rules.

There is one (1) Grand Prize. The confirmed winner will choose either:

OPTION A: One Sony PlayStation 5 Pro Console plus one 65-inch LG OLED evo AI 4K Television, or a comparable model of equal or greater approximate retail value, with a combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of approximately CAD $4,500;

OR

OPTION B: CAD $5,000 by bank draft.

These Official Giveaway Rules govern the KCG#1 Launch Special promotional giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Kuuul Cow LTD.

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, subject to applicable Canadian law.

Kuuul Cow LTD is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The KCG#1 Launch Special begins on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and the purchase and promotional entry period ends on Saturday, December 5, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

Eastern Time means the local Eastern Time observed in Toronto, Ontario on the applicable date.

Qualifying purchases and electronic or time-sensitive promotional activities must occur during the Giveaway Period unless the applicable promotional terms expressly provide otherwise.

The 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special Entry Promotion applies throughout the Giveaway Period to qualifying purchases.

The additional 1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries also apply throughout the Giveaway Period to qualifying digital products as described in these Official Rules.

For Mail-In AMOE entries, the 5,000X promotional allocation is not automatic. It must be specifically requested in accordance with Section 8.7.

Mail-In AMOE requests are also subject to the separate postmark and receipt deadlines set out in Section 8.8.

The Sponsor's ecommerce, order-management, promotion-administration, and related computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping systems for electronic transactions and promotional activities.

For mailed entries, the applicable postal-service postmark will determine whether an entry was mailed by the required postmark deadline, and the Sponsor's Giveaway administration records will determine whether the envelope was physically received by the required receipt deadline.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The KCG#1 Launch Special is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Eligible jurisdictions are Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN.

Employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents of Kuuul Cow LTD who are directly involved in administering the Giveaway are not eligible.

Persons directly involved in conducting or administering the independent random draw, including employees or representatives of the independent third-party draw administrator who are directly involved with this Giveaway, are also ineligible.

Influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, promotional partners, contractors, or other persons materially involved in administering or determining the outcome of the Giveaway are not eligible.

Immediate family members of an ineligible person and persons living in the same household as an ineligible person are also ineligible. For purposes of these Official Rules, immediate family includes a spouse or common-law partner, parent, child, or sibling.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

The Sponsor may request reasonable documentation necessary to verify eligibility.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT TO KUUUL COW LTD IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE KCG#1 LAUNCH SPECIAL.

Eligible entrants may obtain Giveaway entries through qualifying purchases, the No Purchase Necessary / Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry described in Section 8, and any other eligible promotional opportunities expressly disclosed by the Sponsor.

All valid eligible entries, regardless of how they were obtained, will be included in the same KCG#1 Launch Special Grand Prize random draw.

Each valid individual Giveaway entry included in the final eligible entry pool will have the same opportunity to be randomly selected.

A purchase does not guarantee a win.

5. QUALIFYING PURCHASE ENTRIES AND 5,000X PROMOTION

During the Giveaway Period, an eligible entrant who makes a qualifying purchase through:

will receive KCG#1 Launch Special Giveaway entries based on the eligible amount actually paid for qualifying products after applicable discounts and before sales taxes and other excluded charges.

The standard base-entry calculation is:

ONE (1) BASE GIVEAWAY ENTRY FOR EACH CAD $1.00 OF ELIGIBLE PRODUCT VALUE, WITH ANY ELIGIBLE AMOUNT CONTAINING CENTS ROUNDED UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE CANADIAN DOLLAR.

Throughout the KCG#1 Launch Special Giveaway Period, qualifying Purchase Entries automatically receive the:

5,000X KCG#1 LAUNCH SPECIAL ENTRY MULTIPLIER

The eligible post-discount purchase amount is first rounded up to the next whole Canadian dollar where necessary. The resulting whole-dollar amount is then multiplied by 5,000.

For clarity:

For example, an eligible purchase of CAD $144.99 after applicable discounts and before tax is rounded up to CAD $145, resulting in:

145 × 5,000 = 725,000 Giveaway Entries.

Discounts reduce the eligible product value before the upward-rounding calculation and before the 5,000X multiplier is applied.

Sales taxes, shipping charges, duties, tips, donations, separately charged payment-processing fees, and other non-product charges do not generate Giveaway entries.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND 1,000 ADDITIONAL BONUS ENTRIES

Unless specifically excluded in an applicable product or promotional disclosure, qualifying physical and digital products purchased through Kuuul Cow LTD during the Giveaway Period receive the 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special Entry Multiplier.

The same upward-rounding rule described in Section 5 applies to qualifying digital-product purchase amounts.

In addition to the 5,000X entry allocation, each qualifying digital product purchased during the Giveaway Period receives 1,000 additional Bonus Entries.

The 1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries are added after the 5,000X calculation and are not themselves multiplied by 5,000.

For example, a qualifying digital product purchased for CAD $5.00 receives:

5 × 5,000 = 25,000 entries

plus:

1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries

for a total of:

26,000 GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

A qualifying digital product purchased for CAD $5.99 is rounded up to CAD $6.00, resulting in:

6 × 5,000 = 30,000 entries

plus:

1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries

for a total of:

31,000 GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

Where multiple qualifying digital products are purchased, the additional 1,000-entry bonus applies to each qualifying digital product purchased.

7. ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND ENTRY CAP

The 5,000X Entry Multiplier applies automatically to qualifying purchases throughout the KCG#1 Launch Special Giveaway Period.

The 1,000 Digital Product Bonus also applies automatically to qualifying digital-product purchases.

The corresponding promotional allocations available through the Mail-In AMOE are governed separately by Section 8.7 and must be specifically requested where required.

Kuuul Cow LTD may offer additional temporary promotional or bonus-entry opportunities during the Giveaway Period. Any such promotion will disclose its material terms, including applicable dates and times, qualifying requirements, entry allocation, whether it may be combined with another offer, and any corresponding Mail-In AMOE procedure.

Unless an additional promotional disclosure expressly states otherwise, additional temporary promotional multipliers or bonuses may not be stacked or combined with each other.

There is no predetermined overall maximum number of KCG#1 Launch Special Giveaway entries that an eligible entrant may legitimately obtain, subject to these Official Rules.

The absence of an overall entry cap does not permit fraud, bot activity, automated submissions, false identities, unauthorized payment activity, mass-produced Mail-In submissions, manipulation of promotional offers, or other attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / MAIL-IN ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY

Eligible individuals may participate in the KCG#1 Launch Special without making a purchase by using the No Purchase Necessary / Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (“Mail-In AMOE”).

No payment to Kuuul Cow LTD is required. Entrants are responsible only for ordinary postage charged by the applicable postal service.

Each otherwise valid standard Mail-In AMOE request receives:

THIRTY (30) BASE GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

A Mail-In entrant who wishes to receive the corresponding 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special promotional allocation must specifically request it using the exact handwritten wording required in Section 8.7.

A valid Mail-In AMOE request that properly requests the 5,000X promotion receives:

30 × 5,000 = 150,000 Giveaway Entries.

A corresponding 1,000-entry bonus opportunity is also available as described in Section 8.7.

There is no predetermined limit on the number of separate valid Mail-In AMOE requests an eligible entrant may submit. Every request must, however, be independently prepared and individually mailed in accordance with the requirements below.

8.1 Mail-In Address

8.2 Required Envelope and Individual Mailing

Each Mail-In AMOE request must be sent in one standard #10 business envelope measuring approximately 4-1/8 inches by 9-1/2 inches (10.5 cm by 24.1 cm).

Each envelope must be individually addressed to the KCG#1 Launch Special Mail-In address, bear sufficient postage, travel individually through ordinary postal letter mail, and contain only one Mail-In AMOE request.

IMPORTANT MAILING REQUIREMENT

Bundled packages are not accepted. Courier deliveries are not accepted. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. Multiple entry envelopes placed together inside a larger envelope, parcel, box, courier shipment, package, or other bundled delivery are not accepted.

Each #10 envelope must enter and travel through the ordinary postal system as its own separately mailed piece of letter mail.

An entry delivered by courier, by hand, inside another envelope, as part of a parcel or bundled shipment, through a commercial bulk-entry service, or through another non-compliant delivery method is invalid and receives no Giveaway entries.

8.3 One Request and One Piece of Paper Per Envelope

Only one (1) Mail-In AMOE request is permitted per envelope.

Each envelope must contain one (1) single piece of paper only.

An envelope containing multiple entry requests, multiple entrant submissions, more than one piece of paper, or requests for more than one person is invalid in its entirety.

No additional cards, pages, inserts, attachments, photographs, printed forms, or other materials may be included.

An entrant wishing to submit another Mail-In AMOE request must separately prepare and individually mail another compliant #10 envelope.

8.4 Required Information — Exact Order

All required information must be personally handwritten by the entrant in blue or black ink on the single piece of paper.

The following information must appear in this exact order:

1. Full Legal Name
2. Complete Residential Street Address
3. City
4. Province or Territory
5. Postal Code
6. Email Address
7. Age-of-Majority Confirmation, using exactly the following statement:
   “I confirm that I have reached the age of majority in my province or territory of residence.”
8. Required 25–30 Word Response to the following prompt:
   “What would you enjoy most about winning the KCG#1 Launch Special?”
9. Promotional Request or Requests, if the entrant wishes to receive the 5,000X promotional allocation and/or applicable 1,000-entry bonus, using the exact wording prescribed in Section 8.7.

Items 1 through 8 must appear in the exact order shown above.

Any promotional request under Item 9 must appear only after Item 8.

The entrant may not rearrange the required information, alter its order, combine required fields, insert unrelated information between required items, move information to another page, or otherwise change the required sequence.

A submission that does not follow the required order is invalid.

8.5 Handwriting and Submission Requirements

The entrant must personally complete the Mail-In AMOE request.

Photocopied submissions, computer-printed entry information, printed responses, pre-printed labels containing required entry information, mechanically reproduced entries, mass-produced entries, automated entries, entries completed by another person, and submissions made through commercial contest-entry services are prohibited.

The Sponsor may reject an entry that is materially illegible or cannot reasonably be transcribed or verified.

8.6 Required 25–30 Word Response

The answer to:

“What would you enjoy most about winning the KCG#1 Launch Special?”

must contain between twenty-five (25) and thirty (30) words inclusive.

A response containing fewer than 25 words or more than 30 words is invalid.

For transparency and consistency, the handwritten response will be transcribed into Microsoft Word as accurately and exactly as reasonably possible.

The Sponsor will not intentionally add, remove, rewrite, correct, or substitute words during transcription.

The standard Microsoft Word Word Count function will determine the number of words.

Only the entrant's response to the required prompt will be included in the 25–30-word count. The entrant's identifying information, age-of-majority statement, and promotional request or requests will not be included.

The Microsoft Word result will be used for validation, subject to correction of a clear transcription error.

If the handwriting cannot reasonably be transcribed, the submission may be determined invalid.

8.7 MAIL-IN PROMOTIONAL REQUESTS

Standard Mail-In Allocation

An otherwise valid Mail-In AMOE request receives:

30 BASE GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

unless the entrant properly requests one or more applicable promotional allocations as described below.

Requesting the 5,000X Promotion

The 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special Entry Promotion is not automatically applied to Mail-In AMOE submissions.

To receive the 5,000X promotional allocation, the entrant must specifically request it.

The following statement must be handwritten as Item 9, immediately after the required 25–30-word response:

“BONUS REQUEST: Please apply the 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special Entry Promotion to this Mail-In AMOE request.”

When an otherwise valid Mail-In AMOE request contains the required statement, the entry allocation is:

30 base entries × 5,000 = 150,000 Giveaway Entries.

Accordingly, a valid Mail-In AMOE request properly requesting the 5,000X promotion receives:

150,000 GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

If the Entrant Does Not Request 5,000X

If an otherwise valid Mail-In AMOE request does not contain the required 5,000X promotional request, the submission is not invalidated solely for that reason.

Instead, the entrant receives only:

30 BASE GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

The Sponsor will not automatically add the 5,000X promotional allocation to a Mail-In AMOE submission that does not contain the required request.

Requesting the 1,000 Digital Product Bonus

Qualifying digital products purchased during the KCG#1 Launch Special receive an additional 1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries.

A corresponding no-purchase opportunity is available through the Mail-In AMOE.

To request the 1,000-entry bonus, the entrant must handwrite:

“BONUS REQUEST: Please apply the 1,000 Digital Product Bonus to this KCG#1 Launch Special Mail-In AMOE request.”

This request must also appear after the required 25–30-word response.

Requesting Both Promotions

If the entrant wishes to request both the 5,000X promotional allocation and the corresponding 1,000-entry bonus, both statements must be handwritten after Item 8 in the following order:

1. “BONUS REQUEST: Please apply the 5,000X KCG#1 Launch Special Entry Promotion to this Mail-In AMOE request.”
2. “BONUS REQUEST: Please apply the 1,000 Digital Product Bonus to this KCG#1 Launch Special Mail-In AMOE request.”

A valid request containing both properly completed promotional requests receives:

30 × 5,000 = 150,000 entries

plus:

1,000 Bonus Entries

for a total of:

151,000 GIVEAWAY ENTRIES

For clarity, the possible standard Mail-In allocations are:

Failure to request an optional promotional allocation does not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise compliant Mail-In AMOE request.

The entrant simply does not receive the promotional entries that were not properly requested.

If Kuuul Cow LTD later offers another promotional opportunity with a corresponding Mail-In method, the applicable promotional disclosure will state the exact requirements for requesting that promotion.

8.8 Postmark and Receipt Deadlines

To qualify, a Mail-In AMOE envelope must satisfy both of the following requirements:

1. It must be postmarked no later than December 5, 2026; and
2. It must be physically received by the Sponsor no later than December 14, 2026.

An envelope postmarked after December 5, 2026 is invalid even if received by December 14.

An envelope postmarked on time but received after December 14, 2026 is also invalid.

8.9 Mail Delivery Risks

The Sponsor is not responsible for Mail-In AMOE requests that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, destroyed, illegible, incomplete, insufficiently posted, postage-due, improperly addressed, or otherwise not received by the required deadline.

Proof of mailing does not necessarily constitute proof of receipt.

9. IDENTITY OF ENTRANT AND GIFT PURCHASES

Giveaway entries belong to the individual eligible entrant, not merely to an email address, customer account, payment method, device, shipping address, or household.

An entrant may not use false names, fictitious identities, multiple identities, multiple accounts designed to disguise their identity, or similar means to make one person appear to be multiple entrants.

The Sponsor may consolidate entries reasonably determined to belong to the same individual.

Where an eligible person purchases merchandise as a gift for another person, any Giveaway Purchase Entries generated by the transaction belong to the eligible purchaser who completed the transaction, not the recipient of the merchandise.

Entries may not be transferred between individuals.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, REVERSALS AND REPLACEMENTS

Purchases from Kuuul Cow LTD are governed by the Sponsor's Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, available at:

A replacement, warranty order, exchange, re-shipment, or corrective fulfillment order is not a new qualifying purchase and does not generate additional Giveaway entries.

Purchase Entries are conditional on the underlying transaction remaining a valid paid transaction.

If all or part of a transaction is cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, voided, or otherwise results in Kuuul Cow LTD no longer retaining the corresponding purchase funds, the Giveaway entries attributable to the affected amount may be cancelled or recalculated.

Where only part of a transaction is reversed, the remaining eligible post-discount product amount will be recalculated using the same upward-rounding rule and 5,000X multiplier.

For example, if a transaction adjustment leaves CAD $60.25 of eligible product value, that amount is rounded up to CAD $61, resulting in:

61 × 5,000 = 305,000 Giveaway Entries.

If a qualifying digital product is fully refunded or reversed, the corresponding 1,000 Digital Product Bonus Entries may also be cancelled.

The legitimate exercise of a consumer or payment-dispute right does not, by itself, constitute fraud or grounds for disqualification.

11. PAYMENT DISPUTES, FRAUD AND INVALID ENTRIES

Chargebacks and payment disputes are administered by the applicable financial institution, card issuer, payment processor, payment network, or other payment provider.

Nothing in these Official Rules prevents an entrant from exercising lawful payment-dispute rights. A payment dispute does not automatically constitute fraudulent conduct.

Where disputed funds are ultimately reversed or removed from Kuuul Cow LTD, the corresponding Giveaway entries may be adjusted or cancelled.

The Sponsor may investigate reasonable evidence of fraud, identity theft, unauthorized payment activity, fabricated orders, false identities, bot activity, automated submissions, commercial entry services, mass-produced Mail-In entries, collusion, promotion manipulation, technical exploitation, deliberate chargeback abuse, attempts to manipulate the entry pool, attempts to interfere with the independent draw, or similar conduct.

Entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, unauthorized, fabricated, automated, fictitious, or otherwise invalid may be cancelled. Where permitted by law, the responsible entrant may also be disqualified.

12. TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ENTRY ERRORS

The Sponsor may correct a clear and demonstrable technical or administrative error affecting Giveaway entry records.

For example, an eligible purchase of CAD $144.99 should be rounded to 145 base entries and generate:

145 × 5,000 = 725,000 Giveaway Entries.

If a technical system records a materially different number, the Sponsor may correct the record to the proper 725,000 entries.

Likewise, if a demonstrable error causes an entrant to receive fewer entries than they were legitimately entitled to receive, the Sponsor may correct the record.

Corrections will be made consistently and in good faith.

13. GRAND PRIZE

There is one (1) KCG#1 Launch Special Grand Prize.

The confirmed winner will choose one of the following options.

OPTION A — GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE

One Sony PlayStation 5 Pro Console, as ordinarily sold through authorized Canadian retail channels and including the standard manufacturer's retail contents;

PLUS

one 65-inch LG OLED evo AI 4K Television, or a comparable 65-inch LG OLED television of equal or greater approximate retail value if the intended model is unavailable.

Unless included in the manufacturer's standard retail package, Option A does not include a separate disc drive, additional controllers, games, gaming subscriptions, vertical stand, wall mount, television installation, premium setup, furniture, removal of existing equipment, or other optional accessories.

Combined Approximate Retail Value of Option A: CAD $4,500.

Actual retail prices may vary.

OPTION B — CASH PRIZE

CAD $5,000.00 by bank draft.

The winner receives one prize option only and does not receive both Option A and Option B.

Maximum Grand Prize value: CAD $5,000.

No difference between the actual retail value of Option A and CAD $5,000 will be paid if the winner selects Option A.

14. PRIZE AVAILABILITY, SUBSTITUTION AND DELIVERY

Electronics models, specifications, packaging, and retail availability may change during the Giveaway.

If an advertised electronics product becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a reasonably comparable product of equal or greater approximate retail value.

Any substitute television will be reasonably comparable in product category, screen size, general technology, and approximate value.

Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply according to their own terms.

If the winner selects Option A, Kuuul Cow LTD will arrange and pay for standard delivery to an eligible serviceable address in the participating Canadian provinces or in Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

The winner will not be charged standard prize-delivery fees. Delivery to remote, rural, or northern locations may take additional time.

Option A does not include installation, wall mounting, premium in-home setup, removal or disposal of existing equipment, expedited delivery, or other premium services.

If the winner selects Option B, the CAD $5,000 bank draft will be payable only to the confirmed winner.

The Sponsor may reasonably verify the winner's identity for security, fraud-prevention, financial-compliance, and prize-delivery purposes.

The bank draft will be:

DELIVERED IN PERSON BY KUUUL COW LTD OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE, AT NO COST TO THE WINNER, AT A MUTUALLY AGREED LOCATION IN CANADA.

The meeting location will be reasonably arranged with the winner.

The winner will not be required to incur travel expenses at their own cost as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize.

15. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Giveaway entries received.

The final number of entries cannot be determined in advance because there is no predetermined overall entry cap, qualifying purchase amounts vary, discounts and upward rounding affect Purchase Entry calculations, qualifying digital products receive additional bonus entries, Mail-In promotional allocations depend on the promotional requests properly made by entrants, and eligible individuals may submit multiple valid Mail-In AMOE requests.

Every valid individual Giveaway entry included in the final eligible entry pool has an equal opportunity to be randomly selected.

No number of entries guarantees a win.

16. FINAL ENTRY RECONCILIATION AND INDEPENDENT RANDOM DRAW

After the December 14, 2026 Mail-In Receipt Deadline, Kuuul Cow LTD will complete a reasonable final reconciliation of all KCG#1 Launch Special entries.

The reconciliation may include verification of qualifying purchases, post-discount transaction values, upward-rounding calculations, 5,000X purchase allocations, digital-product bonuses, payment status, Mail-In submissions, postal postmarks, receipt dates, handwritten requirements, Microsoft Word word counts, Mail-In 5,000X requests, Mail-In 1,000 Bonus requests, duplicate or invalid entries, and demonstrable administrative or technical errors.

Once the complete eligible entry pool has been finalized, the Grand Prize selection will be conducted or administered by an:

INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY DRAW ADMINISTRATOR OR SERVICE PROVIDER

The random draw will occur within one (1) to three (3) business days after December 14, 2026, with an anticipated draw window of approximately December 15–17, 2026.

For transparency:

1. Kuuul Cow LTD will complete the final entry reconciliation;
2. Invalid entries will be excluded in accordance with these Official Rules;
3. The complete eligible entry pool will be finalized;
4. The eligible entry pool, or the information reasonably necessary to conduct the draw, will be provided to the independent third-party draw administrator; and
5. The independent third party will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner.

Kuuul Cow LTD will not direct the independent third party to select any particular individual or entry.

The Sponsor intends to retain reasonable documentation of the final eligible entry count, draw date, independent third-party draw process, and selected entry.

Selection in the random draw does not automatically make the selected entrant the confirmed winner.

17. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the selected entry.

Depending on the information available, contact may occur by email, telephone, SMS where permitted, social-media direct message where applicable, or another communication method voluntarily supplied by the entrant.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the Sponsor's first notification attempt.

Failure to respond within the required period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

18. MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared the confirmed KCG#1 Launch Special winner, the potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

The question will contain multiple mathematical operations and must be answered:

• Without assistance from another person;
• Without a calculator;
• Without an automated solving tool;
• Without artificial-intelligence assistance;
• Within seven (7) minutes after presentation; and
• In one (1) attempt.

An incorrect answer, failure to answer, use of prohibited assistance, or failure to answer within seven minutes will result in disqualification.

An alternate potential winner may then be selected through the independent random-draw process.

19. DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND WINNER VERIFICATION

Before being declared the confirmed winner, the potential winner must complete and electronically sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Release or equivalent winner-verification document.

The Sponsor may reasonably require verification of the potential winner's:

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth;
• Age;
• Canadian residency;
• Province or territory of residence;
• Identity;
• Legitimate ownership or control of the selected entry; and
• Compliance with these Official Rules.

Government-issued identification may be requested for verification.

Providing materially false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

No Declaration or Release will waive a right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. CONFIRMATION OF WINNER AND PRIZE SELECTION

An entrant becomes the confirmed KCG#1 Launch Special winner only after:

1. Being randomly selected as the potential winner;
2. Responding within the required 72-hour period;
3. Satisfying eligibility and identity verification;
4. Correctly answering the mathematical skill-testing question;
5. Completing the required Declaration of Eligibility and Release; and
6. Being formally confirmed by the Sponsor.

The confirmed winner must then choose either:

OPTION A — PS5 Pro + 65-inch LG OLED evo AI 4K Television or comparable model

or

OPTION B — CAD $5,000 Bank Draft.

The winner must communicate their selection within forty-eight (48) hours after being asked to make the choice.

Once the winner's selection has been confirmed and prize processing begins, the selection will ordinarily be final.

21. FAILURE TO QUALIFY OR CLAIM THE PRIZE

A potential winner may be disqualified if they fail to respond within 72 hours, cannot reasonably be contacted, do not satisfy eligibility requirements, fail the skill-testing question, refuse reasonable identity verification, refuse required lawful winner documentation, provide materially false information, materially violate these Official Rules, or decline the Grand Prize.

If this occurs, the independent third-party draw administrator may randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

This process may continue until an eligible confirmed winner is established, subject to applicable law.

22. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The person selected in the random draw will not be publicly announced as the winner until all required winner verification has been successfully completed.

After confirmation, Kuuul Cow LTD may publicly announce the winner's:

First name + last initial + city + province or territory.

Alex M. — Toronto, Ontario

The Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's complete home address, private email address, private telephone number, banking information, payment information, government-identification information, or other sensitive personal information except where required by law.

23. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION AND NO CLAIM FEE

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to deliver or issue the selected Grand Prize within thirty (30) days after the winner has been confirmed and has made their final prize selection.

Reasonable additional time may be required because of electronics availability, remote or northern delivery requirements, carrier delays, banking processes, identity verification, fraud-prevention review, or other circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

The Sponsor will not intentionally or unnecessarily delay prize distribution.

Kuuul Cow LTD will never require the winner to purchase merchandise, pay a prize-claim fee, purchase gift cards, provide cryptocurrency, send money, pay a processing fee, or pay standard prize-shipping charges as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize.

Entrants should be cautious of fraudulent accounts or individuals impersonating Kuuul Cow LTD.

24. PRIVACY AND MARKETING CONSENT

Personal information collected in connection with the KCG#1 Launch Special may be used to administer the Giveaway, record and reconcile entries, process Purchase Entries and Mail-In AMOE submissions, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, administer promotional allocations, conduct the independent draw, contact and verify potential winners, fulfill the Grand Prize, maintain reasonable Giveaway records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Entering the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Declining or withdrawing marketing consent will not reduce or cancel otherwise valid Giveaway entries.

Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the Grand Prize.

26. THIRD-PARTY, SOCIAL-MEDIA, BRAND AND SERVICE-PROVIDER DISCLAIMERS

Kuuul Cow LTD may use influencers, affiliates, creators, ambassadors, manufacturers, retailers, advertising partners, fulfillment providers, carriers, financial institutions, payment processors, ecommerce providers, social-media platforms, technology providers, and other third parties in connection with advertising, operating, supporting, or fulfilling aspects of the Giveaway.

Unless expressly stated otherwise pursuant to a separate written agreement, no such third party is a sponsor, co-sponsor, administrator, endorser, or promoter of the KCG#1 Launch Special.

Social-Media and Online Platforms

The Giveaway may be promoted or advertised through platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and other social-media, advertising, video, content, or technology platforms.

Any attempt to manipulate Giveaway entries, circumvent security measures, exploit technical errors, submit automated entries, manipulate Mail-In AMOE submissions, interfere with the independent random draw, misrepresent identity, create fraudulent transactions, or otherwise compromise the legitimate administration of the Giveaway may result in cancellation of affected entries and, where permitted by law, disqualification.

If a technical problem materially affects the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.

28. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION

Subject to applicable law, Kuuul Cow LTD may modify, suspend, or cancel the KCG#1 Launch Special if circumstances outside its reasonable control materially interfere with the fair, secure, or lawful administration of the Giveaway.

Such circumstances may include fraud, cybersecurity incidents, major technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disasters, major postal disruptions, government action, changes in applicable law, or similar force-majeure circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, the Sponsor will seek to preserve legitimate eligible entries already received.

Kuuul Cow LTD will not modify or cancel the KCG#1 Launch Special merely to avoid awarding the advertised Grand Prize.

29. RECORDKEEPING AND TRANSPARENCY

Kuuul Cow LTD may maintain reasonable Giveaway records relating to qualifying purchases, post-discount product values, upward-rounding calculations, 5,000X Purchase Entry allocations, Digital Product Bonus Entries, Mail-In AMOE submissions, Mail-In promotional requests, postmarks, receipt dates, Microsoft Word word counts, payment reversals, entry corrections, final eligible entry totals, independent draw administration, winner verification, and prize fulfillment.

The Sponsor intends to retain reasonable documentation confirming that the potential winner was selected through the independent third-party random-selection process.

30. TAX AND FINANCIAL MATTERS

The confirmed winner is responsible for obtaining independent tax, accounting, financial, or legal advice they consider appropriate regarding acceptance of the KCG#1 Launch Special Grand Prize.

Kuuul Cow LTD does not provide personal tax, accounting, or financial advice.

31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuuul Cow LTD is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control relating to participation in the Giveaway or use of the Grand Prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability, statutory rights, privacy rights, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

32. NO TRANSFER OR SALE OF ENTRIES

Giveaway entries may not be sold, purchased from another entrant, assigned, transferred, traded, or exchanged.

An attempted transfer or sale may result in cancellation of the affected entries.

33. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34. QUEBEC EXCLUSION

RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN THE KCG#1 LAUNCH SPECIAL.

An individual may not circumvent this requirement by supplying a mailing, shipping, or other address outside Quebec while actually residing in Quebec.

The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of province or territory of residence during winner verification.

35. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION

The KCG#1 Launch Special and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Ontario, subject to mandatory laws applicable to individual entrants.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes, restricts, or waives a statutory or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

If abbreviated Giveaway advertising materially conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Sponsor may make reasonable administrative decisions necessary to administer the Giveaway fairly and consistently.
