2. GIVEAWAY AND PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION

When you participate in a Kuuul Cow LTD promotional giveaway, including the KCG#1 Launch Special, we may collect and process information necessary to:

Record and administer entries;
Calculate Purchase Entries;
Apply promotional multipliers and bonus entries;
Process Mail-In AMOE submissions;
Verify entry eligibility;
Prevent fraud and duplicate or invalid entries;
Reconcile the final eligible entry pool;
Conduct or facilitate an independent random draw;
Contact a potential winner;
Verify a potential winner's identity and eligibility;
Administer a mathematical skill-testing question;
Obtain a Declaration of Eligibility and Release;
Fulfill or deliver the prize;
Announce the confirmed winner as permitted by the Official Giveaway Rules; and
Maintain appropriate Giveaway administration records.

3. MAIL-IN ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY INFORMATION

For the KCG#1 Launch Special Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry, we may collect information contained in the entrant's submission, including:

Full legal name;
Complete residential address;
City;
Province or territory;
Postal code;
Email address;
Age-of-majority confirmation;
Required handwritten promotional response;
Requests for applicable promotional multipliers or bonus entries;
Postal postmark information; and
Date the submission was received.

For consistent administration of the required word-count condition, Kuuul Cow LTD may transcribe the handwritten promotional response into Microsoft Word and use its standard Word Count function to verify the number of words.

The transcription is used for Giveaway administration and validation purposes.

Original mailed submissions and related administration records may be retained for a reasonable period necessary to administer the Giveaway, investigate questions or disputes, maintain appropriate records, and satisfy legal or business requirements.

4. POTENTIAL-WINNER INFORMATION

If you are selected as a potential winner, we may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and fulfill the prize.

This may include:

Full legal name;
Date of birth;
Government-issued identification;
Province or territory of residence;
Residential or prize-delivery address;
Telephone number;
Signed Declaration of Eligibility and Release;
Prize selection;
Information required to prepare or deliver a bank draft; and
Other information reasonably necessary for identity verification, fraud prevention, financial compliance, or prize fulfillment.

We do not require every Giveaway entrant to provide government identification or date of birth merely to enter. Such information may be requested from a potential winner where reasonably necessary.

5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

After a Giveaway winner has been confirmed, Kuuul Cow LTD may publish limited winner information where permitted by the applicable Official Giveaway Rules.

For the KCG#1 Launch Special, this may include:

First name + last initial + city + province or territory.

We will not ordinarily publish the winner's full residential address, private email address, private telephone number, banking information, government-identification information, or similar sensitive information.

Giveaway participation and purchasing from Kuuul Cow LTD do not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel legitimate transactional communications such as:

Unsubscribing from marketing also does not cancel otherwise valid Giveaway entries.
